P & F Logistics was
first incorporated in Jan 1998 to provide limousine services in
Singapore. Our clients range from tourists from neighbouring
countries to expatriates from MNCs to foreign dignitaries on holidays
in Singapore. Indeed we are so proud of our track records and these
clients refer their friends to us and also they keep coming back to
us for our services.
We have a fleet of personal chauffeur driven limousines and
limocabs ( for budgeted customers ). In fact our drivers are very
well educated and speak good English and are very good tourist
guides. All of them have years of driving experience behind them and
have very clean driving records. In addition, we also have mini
coaches and MPVs which are very ideal for ferrying Corporate personnels.

( STANDARD WORKING OPERATIONS
PROCEDURES )
1. CUSTOMER
SERVICE OBLIGATIONS
To provide an excellent level of passenger service, which shall include:-

Compliance with the dress code and prompt and
proper response to instruction(s) from our office;
-
To give at the soonest possible reconfirmation
through phone call and /or fax to our customers ;
-
Early arrival for all assignments;
-
Good manners and courtesy;
-
A positive , willing and helpful attitude;
-
Helping customers with their luggages;
-
Providing a caring and professional service;
-
Ferrying customers to their destination(s) in
a safe and timely manner;
-
Ensuring the cleanliness and tidness of the
whole vehicle.
2. RECONFIRMATION CALLS TO
CUSTOMERS OBLIGATIONS.
To adhere to the following
confirmation calls guidelines at the soonest possible time:-
-
To call customers during office
hours if office telephone number (s) is/are given
-
To call customers after office
hours at the residence if residence or mobile phone numbers are given
-
To inform customer's office
(during office hours ) if we are unable to contact the customers one
hour prior to any day assignments.
-
For current booking , we are to
reconfirm immediately with our customer's office upon receiving any
job orders.
3. WAITING
TIME OBLIGATION
The waiting time guidelines (
for airport and one-way transfers) are as follows:-
-
To call and inform customers upon arrival of
the pick-up destination or point. Thereafter to give reminder call to
customers only after every 15 minutes interval;
-
The waiting charges applicable are:-
First 15 mins grace period,
Thereafter, for 2nd block of 15 minutes
waiting chargeable at S$ 10 per block. Any excess minutes will be
rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes block and after half hour of
waiting time from designated pick-up time, it will be accounted as an
hourly personalised booking which shall be at a minimum of 3 hours;
Duly inform your office of the waiting time, if applicable.

If the total waiting time exceeds 45 minutes (
for airport arrival & departure transfers only );
the assignment will be considered as '
NO SHOW ' ( unless otherwise
instructed ) and the full assignment charge will be applicable.
